My MLM Recruiting System
For as long as I can remember, I have always done my recruiting for my mlm, myself. For many years I was out there beating the pavement, harassing family members and friends all to make sure that my mlm recruiting system and plan would be up and running and not let me down. All of this in pursuit of building a dynamic business that would go places that I couldn’t possibly imagine.
Well you can imagine what a hassle that was for me. Of course, I was doing this back in the day when that was the best possible way to get people to join up with any multi level marketing company. And believe you me; it wasn’t always the easiest task. Sometimes you dealt with people who weren’t really interested in anything but how quickly they were going to start making money. Others were only interested in saying they were affiliated with something and didn’t do any of the work. And for those that worked hard, it often times seemed like they didn’t get any of the rewards. Oh and the worst part was if you came on with a company far down in the ranks, you didn’t really see any of the profits in your own pocket because of a bad compensation plan.
Needless to say that this particular type of an mlm recruiting system didn’t really yield the amount of effort that went into it. But we old timers made due, as the younger generation now calls us. But you see I have been around quite a long time in this industry and I can appreciate all that is available today in the way of recruiting systems. Now you can manage, as well as sign up multiple individuals all at the same time. And you would do this without ever leaving your home if you didn’t want to. Not only can you do this from the comfort of your own home, but now you can do it without making one single phone call because a good marketing system will get people calling you.
The days of cold calling are gone. You can work your very own recruiting system from your laptop or pc and this can be done at any time of the night or day. You can do it in any part of the country, even in any part of the world. And for me that’s a good thing since I live in a town with a population of 287 people. I have to say that technology has come a very long way. Your mlm recruiting system can be as elaborate as you want it with pictures and streaming video, or as simply as you want it.
