No matter what kind of business you’re in systems can play a major role in the success that you have. A system is a process designed to facilitate operations much more efficiently. In MLM some of your operations that you need to complete in order to get paid include lead generation, marketing, building relationships with prospects, follow-ups and the actual recruiting of prospects. A large percentage of people blindly jump into MLM and do not have any kind of system in place. In addition, most of these people, maybe even including you, don’t have a background in selling, marketing or recruiting. This makes building a business difficult to begin with, let alone doing it without a system in place.

Types Of Systems

1. Offline System – This system encompasses processes and practices that you can do with the aid of people and other resources. It could be as simple as you using a notebook to record your prospects and other important data.

2. Online System – This type of system allows you to use the leverage and power of technology to help build your business. Online recruiting systems for MLM are appealing because you can track all of your marketing, schedule automatic followups, manage your leads and prospects effortlessly and even recruit people without talking to them.

Both types of systems have their own advantages and disadvantages. Components Of An Effective Recruiting System

2. Constant Communication With Prospects – In order to recruit most effectively you will need to always communicate with your prospects through email or other websites. You must always build relationships with people.

4. System Pre-sells Prospect – By the time you talk to your prospects you want them to already be interested in joining your business. This is accomplished by the constant communication that is done through the use of emails and other messaging services.

These above components makes your job as a recruiter so much easier. When you talk to people they are already primed and want to join you. There is no convincing or manipulative persuasion involved here. Sure you could talk to cold leads all day, but that’s not the smart way to build your business.

Actual Recruiting

Recruiting in MLM can happen in two ways. One, you typically will do it over the phone. Two, you can use the internet again with the aid of copy, videos and recruit people directly using these tools. This is considered sponsoring on autopilot.

When you actually talk to a prospect on the phone there is no specific approach to recruiting. Many people are afraid of rejection and never actually get on the phone. Never be afraid of this. It comes along with this type of business. Not everyone is going to join you and your business. It simply may not be for them. However, there are many people who want just what you have to offer.

Here is some advice for when you get on the phone with your prospects.

3. Relaxed confidence. This is the secret to many of the top earners in the industry. They possess a relaxed confidence and so should you when you talk to prospects.

4. Handle objections smoothly. Everyone you talk to will probably have objections, but you cannot let this bother you. Just answer them honestly and move on.

5. Be willing to let go. Some people will just not be right for your business. These are the people who are pessimistic, doubtful and over skeptical. You have to just let them go and move on.

So you just learned about two types of MLM recruiting systems. The choice is up to you. Use an offline system or an online system. But remember if you seek true leverage then you may want to consider using the internet to help your recruiting efforts.
