No matter what kind of business you’re in systems can play a major role in the success that you have. A system is a process designed to facilitate operations much more efficiently. In MLM some of your operations that you need to complete in order to get paid include lead generation, marketing, building relationships with prospects, follow-ups and the actual recruiting of prospects. A large percentage of people blindly jump into MLM and do not have any kind of system in place. In addition, most of these people, maybe even including you, don’t have a background in selling, marketing or recruiting. This makes building a business difficult to begin with, let alone doing it without a system in place.
Types Of Systems
1. Offline System – This system encompasses processes and practices that you can do with the aid of people and other resources. It could be as simple as you using a notebook to record your prospects and other important data.
2. Online System – This type of system allows you to use the leverage and power of technology to help build your business. These above components makes your job as a recruiter so much easier. When you talk to people they are already primed and want to join you. There is no convincing or manipulative persuasion involved here. Sure you could talk to cold leads all day, but that’s not the smart way to build your business.
Actual Recruiting
Recruiting in MLM can happen in two ways. One, you typically will do it over the phone. Two, you can use the internet again with the aid of copy, videos and recruit people directly using these tools. This is considered sponsoring on autopilot.

4. Handle objections smoothly. Everyone you talk to will probably have objections, but you cannot let this bother you. Just answer them honestly and move on.
5. Be willing to let go. Some people will just not be right for your business. These are the people who are pessimistic, doubtful and over skeptical. You have to just let them go and move on.
