One of the biggest issues with MLM is trying to recruit new reps into your organization. This whole ordeal can be one big pain, especially if you’re new to MLM. MLM recruiting is not difficult to master if you have an action plan already set in motion before you ever call your lead.
If you can follow these simple guidelines then you will dominate the phones and be an MLM recruiting machine.
Don’t be needy. This is a common mistake new reps make when trying to recruit for their MLM. Most new reps are petrified of going out day after day trying to generate new leads, so every lead that they currently have they hound.
Know this, I man or a woman of high value are comfortable with who they are as a person and where they are at in life, they convey a sense of abundance. If you are emotionally attached to each possible MLM recruit then the recruit will pick up on it and see you as a person of low value.
If you demonstrate to each new prospect that yourself value is higher than theirs, then you will attract prospects to you, which in turn will have propects begging you to sponsor them.
In past articles I’ve shared some of the biggest secrets when it comes to generating 100’s of leads, if you’ve put those tools into play then you should already have an abundance attitude.
“He who cares least always wins”
I’m sure that you’ve all heard this statement before. I live by this statement. Let me ask you something. What role are you playing with your possible recruits? Do you care more than they do about whether or not they will join your downline?
If you have this kind of an attitude when you’re trying to recruit someone your lead will see this as a weakness. I’ll it tells your lead is that you need them in your organization. You can’t recruit anyone acting like that.
Listen folks if you truly want to become the master at MLM recruiting then you need to become a master at learning. Knowledge is power in this industry. If you can become the guy/girl that knows how to generate 100’s of new leads everyday and can master the art of attracting people to you, then who wouldn’t want to be recruited by you.
If I was in your shoes and we have all been there. If you’re having trouble recruiting or generating leads or whatever, then I would look at putting a system in place that generates, and qualifies the leads before you ever speak with them.
Make yourself a leader by having the knowledge you need to succeed in MLM. Once you have the knowledge then prospects will be begging you to recruit them into your MLM.
